All raffle ticket purchases made on Macs Giveaways Ltd are final and non‑refundable. By
purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you are entering a game of chance and agree to
this Refund Policy.
Because raffle entries contribute directly to prize pools, operations, and charitable
allocations (if applicable), we cannot reverse or refund completed transactions.

2. Situations Where Refunds May Be Considered
Although refunds are generally not provided, we may issue one at our sole discretion in

2.1 Duplicate Purchases
If a technical error results in accidental duplicate ticket purchases, we may refund the
duplicate amount.
2.2 Payment Processing Errors
If your bank or payment provider confirms a failed or incomplete transaction that still resulted
in a charge, we will investigate and may issue a refund.
2.3 System Malfunctions
If a website or app malfunction prevents you from receiving your raffle entry after payment,
we may either:

Once a raffle has been drawn:

● All winners are final
